1. Who we are (seller identity)

Legal seller: Khaled Matar, sole trader, trading as myqrpal.

Website: https://myqrpal.com

Contact email: myqrpal@gmail.com (we reply within 1-2 business days).

Place of business: Romania, European Union. The full postal address is available on request by email and is included on every invoice.

Payments and invoicing are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases made through myqrpal.

By creating an account or using the generator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

myqrpal is a digital, software-as-a-service product. It lets you create static QR codes for free, without an account, and download them as images. With an account you can also create dynamic codes: the printed code points at a short myqrpal link, and you can change the destination and see scan statistics later.

Static codes you download are yours. They encode your data directly and keep working with no involvement from us.

Dynamic codes depend on our redirect service. We aim to keep every dynamic redirect working, including for accounts that stop paying, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for everything that happens under it. Keep your login credentials private.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.

4. Prices, billing and renewals

The free plan is free forever and does not require a payment method.

Pro costs EUR 5.00 per month or EUR 50.00 per year. Prices are shown in euro (EUR); other currencies may be offered at checkout at Paddle's conversion rate. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout and is charged in addition to, or included in, the displayed price according to your country.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. The renewal amount and date are the same as the initial purchase unless we notify you of a price change at least 30 days in advance.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes, invoicing and refunds. Your receipt and any VAT invoice are issued by Paddle. Your bank or card statement will show a Paddle descriptor.

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your country.

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account settings or by emailing myqrpal@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep Pro features until then.

If your Pro subscription ends, your codes keep redirecting. Only Pro features - editing designs, new customisation, vector exports, bulk creation, QR Art and analytics older than 30 days - become unavailable.

5. Delivery and fulfilment

myqrpal delivers digital services only. There is nothing physical to ship.

Access to Pro is activated on the account used at checkout immediately after the payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds and always within 24 hours. A confirmation email is sent by Paddle with the receipt.

If access has not been activated within 24 hours, email myqrpal@gmail.com with your order reference and we will fix it or refund you in full.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use myqrpal to link to malware, phishing pages, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates the law where you or your visitors are located.

You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to disguise the destination of harmful links, or to circumvent our rate limits.

We may disable a code or an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the destinations, logos and page content you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to host, display and deliver them as part of the service.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or image you upload.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Export, sanctions and restricted countries

You may not use or pay for myqrpal if you are located in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity in, a country or on a list subject to EU, UK or US sanctions. Orders that breach these rules are cancelled and refunded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use myqrpal after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Send any complaint to myqrpal@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
